In general, our participants range between the ages of 18 and 30. Our programs are catered towards current and recently graduated students who are looking to build their resume and gain the professional experience required to launch their career. Many of our countries require a student or working holiday visa, which often are only available to those under 30 years of age.
Once you have been officially accepted into the program we promise to find you an internship in your field of choice. In the rare instance that we are unable to find you a suitable placement, your program deposit will be fully refunded.
Our team advises all applicants on the visa process. Visa processes vary greatly by country of origin and destination, therefore, it is ultimately the responsibility of the applicant to check with his/her home consulate to figure out which visa is appropriate, if they are eligible, and how to apply for it.
If the applicant is unable to secure his/her visa after the application process has begun, they are not eligible for a refund. Accepted applicants are encouraged to apply for their visa immediately to ensure processing in time.
Internship start dates vary depending on which country you go to for your program. For our programs with language instruction, your internship will start when your language course is complete in most instances. Countries that require a language course prior to the start of your internship are: Costa Rica, Ecuador, France, Italy, and Mexico. The Barcelona program will have your internship and language course run simultaneously. In our other destinations, internships will typically start the Monday after your arrival.
You will find out about your housing 1-2 weeks prior to your program start date.
